Profile
Barrel fermented entirely in French oak using natural yeasts, the 2006 Viognier is a full bodied white with potent honeysuckle, apricot, ginger and ripe pear aromas. It shows the classic silky Viognier texture while retaining an authoritative, balanced structure and refreshing acidity. A high impact wine without being over the top. It certainly has the Viognier wow factor.
