2003
20O6 is a triffle young to drink at the moment but fresh fruity flavour and signs of real character to emergewith shoart cellaring
A superb rich well developed deep Langhorne Creek shiraz.. do not mis this wine
Absolutely superb after seven years in the bottle and at perfect age to drink

Fully Integrated
Individual vineyard release a great old classic from Mount Pleasant.Pefectly balance rich deep full palate with well integrated oak.A big powerful stylish wine at its mature best.

Minerality austerity

Pepper bacon plum
Soft
Soft full flavoured rich wine. Great with barbeque food especially lamb chops. A very affordable good quaff that will leave a smile on your face and cash in your pocket
Soft palate as from Clare: to be expected. A little young and will improve with a year or two. Needs food

i also look for good acid structure
i like my light bodied whites to be crisp and clean with good acid stucture and full bodied whites to be luscious and moth filling.
i like well balanced reds as long as all aspects off the wine are playing a role but nothing screaming out on it's own.
