"Wines of Cowra" is a unique opportunity for people of the Blue Mountains and Sydney to discover the flavours and tastes of the Cowra Wine Region. It is being held at the historic Carrington Hotel, Katoomba, known for its popular "Wines of the West" annual wine expo.

Mark in your diary the first weekend in September (6th and 7th), when the Carrington will showcase all the best wine, food and tourism that nearby Cowra has to offer. Meet the vignerons and winemakers in person, and sample Cowra's best local and organic produce in the Carrington Hotel Ballroom from 10am to 4pm, Saturday and Sunday.

Book early to join the producers for a sumptuous six course "Cowra" degustation dinner with matching Cowra wines on the Saturday night. The dinner will be prepared by the Carrington's award winning chefs using ingredients personally sourced from the Cowra wine region, for an all inclusive cost of $95 per person. The evening also features an entertaining dinner talk by Sydney's well known food writer, John Newton, and is sure to be a memorable event.
