A night of Western Australian wines at La Mint East Sydney

Western Australia and particularly Margaret River has emerged as a front runner in the claim to Australia’s greatest Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon. That’s not to say they are limited to these varieties. Some of the nations best Sauvignon Blanc Semillon blends certainly come from the West and there are more and more good examples of elegant Shiraz too.

The names of the best estates read like a veritable who’s who of Australian wine: Cape Mentelle, Voyager Estate, Vasse Felix, Woodlands, Howard Park, Leeuwin Estate, Cullen, Moss Wood, Pierro & Devil’s Lair have all become household names.

To taste wines from the best known plus some dynamic and new Western Australian labels join us for a sensational wine tasting dinner. Ten wines will be partnered with the wonderful food of La Mint in East Sydney, a fusion of French and Vietnamese cuisine. Enjoy a banquet with specially chosen wines to match.

Cost: $95 per person
Date: Thursday 23rd October
Time: 7pm for 7.30 dinner.
